Why clinics choose it

Built around what a clinic actually needs every day.

Real rigid cabin, not an inflatable tent

Nickel-steel shell holds 1.5 ATA safely and quietly. Patients sit upright on a real sofa, not lying in a cramped rubber tube.

Touchscreen your staff understands

7-inch touchscreen with pressure, timer and oxygen presets. Spanish, English and Portuguese interface options for LatAm clinics.

Installs in one afternoon

Modular cabin fits through a standard door. No lead-lined room, no civil works, no dedicated plumbing. Just power and a corner.

Built-in air conditioning

Patients stay comfortable through 90-minute sessions. Internal AC and HEPA-filtered fresh air keep the cabin breathable and clean.

Safety over marketing

Pressure relief valve, manual emergency vent, audible alarm and continuous oxygen monitoring. Every unit QC-tested before packing.

Documentation that registers

CE technical file, ISO 13485 certificate and test report supplied. We work with your importer on sanitary registration in your country.

What clinics say

Real customers, real quotes.

FAQ

The questions we get every day.

Is HBOT safe in a single-person rigid chamber? +

Yes. The OZ-150 has redundant pressure relief valves, a manual emergency vent, audible alarms and continuous oxygen monitoring. Every unit is pressure-tested before packing. See our safety article.

Do I need a special medical license to run HBOT? +

It depends on your country. Some markets regulate HBOT as a medical service requiring physician oversight; others allow it as wellness. Ask your local health authority — we will provide the CE/ISO documents your importer needs regardless.

How long does shipping and installation take? +

Sea freight: 25–40 days to most ports. Installation: about 4 hours once it arrives. We walk your engineer through the first pressure test on a video call.

What if something breaks after delivery? +

24-month global warranty. Spare parts (seals, filters, O2 sensor, fuses) are stocked in Changsha and dispatched worldwide within 3–5 working days. Most issues are resolved on a video call, not a technician visit.
After-sales, not just a sale

What happens after the chamber arrives.

Day 0: install

Applications

Where the OZ-150 earns its place.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy moves well beyond wound care. Here is how clinics are actually using a single rigid chamber in 2026.

Post-surgical & wound recovery

HBOT accelerates tissue oxygenation after plastic, orthopedic and dental surgery, and supports non-healing wounds (diabetic ulcers, radiation tissue damage). Clinics bill it as an adjunct recovery service.

Typical price: $80–$150 / session · Utilization: 3–5 sessions/day · Target: rehab & wound clinics

Sports performance & recovery

Athletes use 60–90 minute sessions between training blocks to support recovery from soft-tissue injuries and perceived fatigue. Recovery studios sell recurring memberships.

Typical price: $60–$120 / session · Utilization: 4–8 sessions/day · Target: gyms, pro teams, recovery studios

Long COVID & neurologic recovery

Post-viral fatigue, mild concussion and cognitive recovery are among the fastest-growing wellness segments for outpatient HBOT.

Typical price: $100–$180 / session · Utilization: 2–4 sessions/day · Target: neuro clinics, post-viral centers

Wellness, anti-aging & longevity

Premium wellness clubs market HBOT as a recovery-and-rejuvenation add-on. Ticket prices of $80–$150 per session are common in North America and Gulf markets.

Typical price: $100–$250 / session · Utilization: 3–6 sessions/day · Target: medspas, longevity clinics, Gulf wellness clubs

Dental & implant clinics

Oral surgeons use HBOT to support implant osseointegration and post-extraction healing, especially in complex or irradiated cases.

Typical price: $90–$160 / session · Utilization: 1–3 sessions/day · Target: oral surgery, implantology centers

Private & hospital satellite clinics

Add HBOT as a new service line without a purpose-built room. The OZ-150 fits through a standard doorway and needs only power and ventilation.

Typical price: $80–$200 / session · Utilization: 2–5 sessions/day · Target: private clinics, hospital outpatient wings

Technology

Why a rigid steel chamber beats an inflatable one.

Soft (inflatable) HBOT chambers look cheaper on paper. When you run a clinic, the rigid design wins on pressure control, safety, noise and patient experience.

Pressure is where the difference lives

A soft tent tops out at around 1.3 ATA and wobbles under load. The OZ-150 delivers a stable 1.5 ATA with a digital controller that holds pressure within ±2 kPa across a 90-minute session. That matters because the therapeutic dose is pressure-time-oxygen — a chamber that drifts low is a chamber that under-treats.

Breathable, quiet, temperature-controlled

Patients sit upright on a built-in sofa inside the OZ-150. Internal air conditioning keeps the cabin at a comfortable 22–24°C even in summer, and HEPA-filtered fresh air means the session never feels stuffy. Compressor noise at the cabin stays below 65 dB — a conversation level.

Safety engineered in, not added on

  • Pressure relief valve opens automatically above the rated pressure.
  • Manual emergency vent lets staff depressurize the cabin in seconds.
  • Audible and visible alarms trigger on over-pressure, power loss or O2 deviation.
  • Continuous oxygen monitoring inside the cabin keeps O2 fraction below fire-safety limits.
  • Tempered-glass observation window means staff never lose sight of the patient.

How a session runs

  1. Staff select the protocol on the touchscreen (pressure, duration, O2 flow).
  2. Patient seats inside, door closed, double-seal lock.
  3. Chamber pressurizes smoothly over 5–8 minutes to target pressure.
  4. Patient breathes 90–96% medical oxygen via mask or hood for the treatment phase.
  5. Gradual decompression over 5 minutes at the end.

Every step is logged on the controller, and a session report can be exported for the patient file.

About Med-buying

A Changsha-based HBOT specialist.

Changsha Hongbo Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a Changsha, Hunan based manufacturer focused on rigid hyperbaric oxygen chambers. We design, assemble and export single-person HBOT chambers to clinics, recovery centers and distributors in 30+ countries across Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.

Our OZ-150 platform is built around one idea: hyperbaric oxygen should be easy for a small clinic to install, operate and bill — not a hospital-grade capital project. That means a modular cabin that fits through a standard door, a touchscreen your staff learns in an hour, and documentation that actually supports your sanitary registration.

We are not a marketplace of 20 medical categories. We make one product line well, and support it honestly.
