Standard production lead time is 20–30 working days after deposit confirmation. OEM-branded units may take up to 45 working days. We will send a production schedule and photos at each milestone.
Before the vessel sails, we provide the full set your importer needs: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE declaration of conformity, ISO 13485 certificate, and free-sale certificate on request for your local registration.
Every chamber is crated in a reinforced plywood case with foam padding. If the outer crate shows visible damage on arrival, do not sign for it without a carrier's damage note. Contact us within 7 days of arrival with photos of the crate and unit — we will ship replacement parts free of charge and handle the insurance claim on our side.
If the chamber fails to power on or pressure-test after installation, send us a short video within 30 days. We will ship a replacement controller, board or module by air courier free of charge, and cover return shipping of the defective part.
Because the chamber is a made-to-order medical device, we cannot accept returns of units that have already shipped. If production has not started, deposits are refundable minus 10% restocking fee. Once the unit enters production, deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a later order.
Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight accepted for orders over one container.
